About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Broadstone team and drive sales and profits in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff and volunteers, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store's sales and profit targets, developing and implementing strategies to achieve them
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring they are within budget
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, with a track record of achieving sales and profit targets
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • IT literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to use retail systems and software
