Strategic Planning Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Partner to join our team at Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective media plans that drive business results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership: Lead the EMEA B2C Planning for Intel, UK Planning for Unicef, and be the Holistic Account Lead for Jimmy Choo, driving transformative business results and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Media Planning: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, communication models, and lead the planning output, supporting the Planning Directors in day-to-day management of the clients.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage the planning team members, take responsibility for their career development, and ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
- Commercial Management: Execute commercial management alongside the Managing Partner, including ownership of client contracts, optimization of the people/FTE plan, forecasting of secured revenue, cost base, opportunity pipe, and operational finance excellence.
- Collaboration: Champion iProspect's experimentation agenda, ensure team adoption of our dentsu/iProspect Planning process, and collaborate with teams across all specialist areas to develop pioneering solutions.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, primarily across above-the-line brand and performance clients.
- Skills: Curious and passionate about clients' businesses, desire to always be looking for a better, more effective way, great at building strong and lasting relationships with clients, comfortable presenting to clients, and commercially savvy.
