We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service to our residents
- Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve operational efficiency and productivity
- S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
