Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Breadsall Priory Country Club. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and menus
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Support, train, and develop commis chefs in the team
  • Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that delight our guests
Requirements:
  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous kitchen experience
  • Level 3 cookery qualification or willingness to fund training
