Executive Chef

In this dynamic position as a Chef at HC-One, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that cater to the diverse needs of our Residents. Your expertise will ensure that our culinary offerings are not only delicious but also safe and compliant with regulatory standards.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen supplies, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be expected to complete necessary paperwork, such as COSHH and HACCP, and participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

HC-One is seeking a skilled Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and a strong understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Beyond technical qualifications, we value your positive energy, ability to work well under pressure, and passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
