Lead Engineer - Asset Lead

Vårgrønn is a pioneering offshore wind company driving the energy transition in Europe. As a joint venture between Plenitude (Eni) and HitecVision, we're committed to developing, constructing, operating, and owning offshore wind assets.

We're collaborating with leading industry players to develop large-scale offshore wind projects, including the Dogger Bank windfarm and the Green Volt floating windfarm in Scotland. Our goal is to create a robust floating wind supply chain in the UK and contribute to the 5GW floating offshore wind target by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, contracting, and execution of WTG contract packages.
  • Liaise with external professionals to evaluate operational and performance issues.
