About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Wind Energy Professional to drive key projects and collaborate with international teams at Interv_l Group | B Corp®. As a Senior Wind Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating low-carbon energy solutions for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of onshore wind projects, from initial planning and design through to construction and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Lead technical aspects such as feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, and construction management.
  • Perform thorough technical assessments to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic insights.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and project bids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in wind energy, particularly at a senior level, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard wind energy design tools (e.g., WindPRO, WAsP, PLEXOS).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in international markets and managing cross-border projects.
