Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with senior management, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to assessments and care planning for our students, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a care management or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities and special needs.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
