About the Role

This is a full-time position, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Conference and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality work and ensuring the smooth running of operations in Restaurant Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rates, arrange site visits, and contract bookings.
  • Proactively process event enquiries and work collaboratively with the sales team to increase and enhance revenues, achieving overall targets.
  • Conduct reactive sales activities, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, and proactively sell the facilities by various techniques to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Work effectively with event planners to provide a seamless handover for final event details.
  • Nurture client relationships to maximise upselling and sales opportunities.
  • Network with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An ability to sell a product/package and deal with a wide range of people.
  • Confidence and good attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within the Hospitality Sector, preferably with knowledge of Delphi booking system.
