About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a leading employment agency, Travail Employment Group, as a Part Time Purchasing Administrator. The role is 22.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary of approximately £18,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Procurement Manager in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the procurement process.
- Verifying prices, quantities, and codes for stock items with suppliers.
- Making amendments with the Procurement Manager and Suppliers.
- Inputting orders onto the in-house purchasing system.
- Providing general procurement administration support.
Requirements:
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to manage volume data.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Some purchasing skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
