Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

As our ideal candidate, you will oversee the maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the expectations of our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing property maintenance, from minor repairs to major projects, to ensure our properties are in great condition.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to coordinate work and communicate expectations.
- Recording and tracking work orders using Excel and property management software.
- Providing expert recommendations to landlords and tenants on repair options and timelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Maintenance experience, preferably from a property management or maintenance-related background.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in property management software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
