Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Credit Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.

  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance.

As a Credit Controller Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all credit control processes are in place to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
