Project Worker - Domestic Abuse Services
Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Worker to join our team in Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supportive services to clients who have experienced domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular assessments of client needs and develop tailored support plans
* Foster a supportive environment that encourages social inclusion and builds confidence among clients
* Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks by conducting risk assessments and promoting safe working practices
* Leverage previous experience in supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background in supported living environments as a project worker
* Apply sound knowledge of housing management to optimize services delivery
* Remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing situations
