About the Role:

Sanctuary Supported Living is currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Project Worker to join our team in Plymouth. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients who have experienced domestic abuse, providing them with a safe and non-judgmental environment to rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of clients and develop personalized support plans to promote their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Help clients manage finances, access education and employment opportunities, and build their confidence and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supported living environment or a role supporting victims of domestic abuse.
  • Sound knowledge of housing management, including voids and arrears management.
  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards.
