Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

Arc Oakbridge School is an independent special school catering for pupils with autism. We offer a low-arousal environment with small group sizes and put pupils at the centre of everything we do.
Job Description:You will work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and pupils to address barriers to learning and provide support around pupil wellbeing and mental health. The role involves identifying strategies to help overcome individual pupils' barriers to learning, developing and using systems to support the monitoring of pupils' behaviour, co-ordinating the development of individual support for pupils, and reviewing ongoing progress towards set goals.
Salary:A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Experience working with pupils with autism
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and pupils
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' wellbeing and mental health
