Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Enfield. As a Bank RMN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote therapeutic relationships and optimize patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships to foster patient engagement and support recovery.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and adhere to relevant codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compile individualized care plans, and monitor progress, ensuring that each patient receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
  • Work as a Primary Nurse/Care Coordinator for designated patients, prioritizing their safety, well-being, and empowerment within a forensic setting.

Requirements:

  • A valid nursing qualification and current registration with the NMC.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and values-based principles.
