Job Description

Care Assistant (Bank) supports residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, promoting independence and recognising individual needs. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring residents, reporting changes, and communicating with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-standard clinical, social, and emotional care to residents, identifying and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the nurse or senior care assistant to monitor residents and report any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
