Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Lucid Connect Ltd. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in tackling complex business situations, identifying risks, problems, and opportunities from a comprehensive perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate business situations with complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyze problems and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the selection of approaches and techniques for business situation analysis, engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders.
  • Define and manage project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
  • Facilitate input from stakeholders, provide constructive challenge, and enable effective prioritization of requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading successful business analysis activities.
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of results and regular engagement with senior leaders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite, including creating, updating, and consolidating documents.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and experience working with databases.
  • Experience in building reports and dashboards.
  • Process improvements and presentation skills.
  • JIRA experience.
