Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Lucid Connect Ltd. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complex business situations, identifying risks, problems, and opportunities through a comprehensive perspective.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to adopt appropriate analysis techniques and manage project scope, mitigate risks, and prioritize medium-sized initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder input, provide constructive challenges, and ensure effective prioritization of requirements.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading successful business analysis activities.
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite, including creating, updating, and consolidating PowerPoint and Word documents.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and experience working with databases.
  • Process improvement and presentation skills.
  • Experience with JIRA.
