Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Strategy and Management: Develop and execute bid strategies for large and complex tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Commercial Analysis: Conduct thorough market and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather necessary information and address commercial concerns.
  • Contract Negotiation: Support the negotiation of commercial terms and contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with company policies and financial objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse commercial performance metrics to track bid success rates, profitability, and contract performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: A good amount of experience in a commercial or bid management role, preferably within the subsea technology or engineering sector.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and contract management skills, proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
