About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Fleet Accounts Executive to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting both our Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Development Managers in winning new contracts and developing relationships with customers across various industries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling orders, queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, including distributors, end-users, and service partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to maintain systems and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Support the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required, and arranging fittings.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven customer services experience.
  • International experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use and develop customer services systems.
