About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Fleet Accounts professional to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our distributors, end-users, and service partners
  • Support business development managers in winning new contracts and developing relationships with customers
  • Deal with orders, queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales operations, customer services, and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required
  • Arrange fittings and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in customer service systems and software
  • Bonus and enhanced pension scheme
