**Job Summary**

Insight Select is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Fleet Accounts Executive to support our business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing fleet accounts, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to orders, queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and end-users, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales Operations, Customer Services, and Engineering, to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure system updates are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support the field sales teams in providing quotes, documentation, and arranging fittings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, managing expectations and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • International experience, with a deep understanding of diverse customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in customer service systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
