We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our South West division, covering Bristol to Exmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of circa 18 pubs, driving net income growth and delivering investments in line with our targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional retail standards through a passionate approach to operating pubs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our operators, supporting them in delivering our philosophy of putting brilliant pubs back at the heart of local communities
  • Lead and motivate a team of pub managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Drive sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
  • Contribute to designated workstreams and projects, ensuring alignment with our company values and objectives
