About the Role

This position will report to the Head of Facilities Management UK & EMEA and will support the Facilities Management Leadership team and Senior Facilities Managers to have a unified and aligned approach to the delivery of facilities management services.

They will be responsible for aligning day-to-day operational facilities management across a multi-site estate. Being process-driven, organized, and effective in collaboration within a large facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement alignment across all offices in reference to day-to-day operational aspects of facilities management provision.
  • Contract Management: Support in the collective management of contracts, including budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.
  • Performance Reporting: Collate and report on contractual commitments and KPIs in line with agreed SLAs across all sites and support Senior Facilities Managers in delivering this.
  • Process Improvement: Compile and present reports on service performance of each service line to senior stakeholders and in line with expectations and objectives.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Be process and solution-focused to drive and encourage improvements aligned to best practice.
Requirements
  • Facilities Management Experience: BIFM 4 or above or equivalent - substantial FM operational experience may be considered without the qualification.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate: Desirable.
  • Extensive Facilities Management Experience: Previous process and policy management, efficient and diligent document management, and demonstrable experience in managing contractors in an operational capacity.
  • Statutory and Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of FM, H&S, and Environmental, benchmarking, and best practice.
  • Administration and Communication Skills: Excellent administration skills with strong skills in Excel and excellent communication skills.
  • Team Player: Willingness to travel between all UK offices to ensure the single team ethos is maintained across the team as and when needed.
