Customer Service Opportunity

Vantage Motor Group is looking for a skilled Parts Contact Centre Advisor to provide exceptional customer service to our Trade customers. In this role, you will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establish contact with existing ones.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering accurate pricing information to customers;
  2. Processing orders for parts and coordinating delivery to the customers' local Vantage centre;
  3. Negotiating payment and delivery terms with Trade customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales, and communication, working in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with stock management systems.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
