Job Description:

Wallace Hind Selection Limited, an international group selling into various markets across the UK & Europe, is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Executive to drive growth and maximise potential.

About Us:

We are a hybrid organisation based in Corby, with a small team in the UK and over 200 colleagues across Europe. Our established customer base and desire for growth make this an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification
  • Pursue outbound cold calls and emails by data, supporting the sales team with customer engagement
Requirements:

You will be reporting to our Area Sales Director and must have strong communication skills, as well as a technical understanding of sales principles. This role offers a high level of autonomy and is ideal for those seeking a challenging opportunity within a dynamic team.

Salary and Benefits:

This full-time position comes with a salary range of up to £45,000, complemented by benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a bonus/commission scheme, and pension contribution. You will also receive a laptop and mobile phone to support your work.
