Plumbing Career Progression Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Career Progression Specialist to join our team at Nescot. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us, offering a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for plumbing professionals.
- Mentor students and new employees to ensure successful integration into the trade.
- Collaborate with senior staff to design and implement career progression plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry-related position.
- Proven track record of success in career development and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
