Plumbing Apprenticeship Progress Coach

We are recruiting for a full-time progress coach to work in our Plumbing Apprenticeship team at Nescot. This role is an ideal first step for those interested in assessing and/or lecturing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding apprentices through their training, providing support and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.

About the Role- Job Title: Progress Coach in Plumbing
- Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
This role involves working closely with our plumbing apprentices, providing them with guidance and support throughout their training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
