Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heating and Plumbing Expertise Trainer to join our team at Nescot. This role requires a skilled professional who can create engaging training programs and mentor students in the field of plumbing and heating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for plumbing and heating systems.
  • Mentor students and new employees to ensure seamless integration into the trade.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement training materials.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry-related position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in plumbing and heating systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
