Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interactive visual dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Qlik Sense to translate raw data into user-friendly, insightful dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the Commercial function.
- Champion system user adoption by providing proactive support and training to ensure users maximize system utilization and unlock its full potential for efficient procurement.
- Bridge the gap between data and action by translating user needs into actionable insights through insightful dashboards and reports.
- Play a pivotal role in end-to-end processes by being deeply involved in the entire procurement data journey, from user interaction to insightful reporting.
- Translate data needs into actionable insights by analyzing stakeholder business data requirements and translating them into tailored reports that drive informed decision-making and strategic action.
- Empower users through data literacy by providing in-house training and instruction manuals that enhance user proficiency in existing BI tools, unlocking their full potential.
- Champion impactful metrics by shaping and refining performance metrics that directly measure and boost Commercial performance, driving key business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Craft compelling monthly reports by developing and sharing insightful monthly performance reports that illuminate critical trends and KPIs, empowering stakeholders across the Commercial function.
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
- 5 years' experience in performance reporting, strategy development and governance.
- 2 years Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing and/or contract management experience.
- Advanced conceptual and analytical skills.
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft analytical applications (Excel, Access).
- Strong task prioritisation skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.
