- Bridge the gap between data and action by translating user needs into actionable insights through insightful dashboards and reports.
- Play a pivotal role in end-to-end processes, from user interaction to insightful reporting, and directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement function.
- Analyze stakeholder business data requirements and translate them into tailored reports that drive informed decision-making and strategic action.
- Empower users through data literacy by providing in-house training and instruction manuals that enhance user proficiency in existing BI tools.
- Champion impactful metrics by shaping and refining performance metrics that directly measure and boost Commercial performance.
- Craft compelling monthly reports that illuminate critical trends and KPIs, empowering stakeholders across the Commercial function.
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
- 5 years' experience in performance reporting, strategy development and governance.
- 2 years Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing and/or contract management experience.
- Advanced conceptual and analytical skills.
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft analytical applications (Excel, Access).
- Strong task prioritisation skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.
