Norse Group provides a range of commercial, property and care services in joint venture partnerships across the UK.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join their Head Office in Norwich as a Business Finance Specialist.

The role involves acting as a financial lead for designated business areas, supporting department directors and managers with financial insight and analysis. This will include providing input into business strategy, mitigating potential risks and contributing to day-to-day operations.

A key aspect of this role is developing strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and tailoring information to suit different audiences.

In terms of qualifications, it is essential that candidates hold a recognised finance or accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA, alongside proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering roles.

The successful candidate will be supported by a structured finance team, enabling them to focus on delivering excellent results.

Salary: £45,000 depending on experience
