This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at Nxtgen Recruitment Ltd. As a Strategic Financial Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our client, providing key insights to drive business performance and deliver exceptional value.

The Role

As a Strategic Financial Leader, you will be responsible for managing the month-end process, including reviewing journal entries, coordinating team activities, and preparing the management accounts pack. You will also lead the annual budget, business plan, and valuation models, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.

  • Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
  • Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
