About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise and leadership will inspire and motivate your team to excel, driving growth and success in the business. You'll work closely with the management team to develop menus, implement new ideas, and maintain the unique character of our pubs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain high-quality food delivery.
  2. Develop and implement menu ideas, ensuring alignment with the company's culinary vision and brand identity.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
