Care Coordinator for Domiciliary Care Specialist

About the Role
A highly reputable domiciliary care company is seeking a newly qualified health & social care professional to work as a Care Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fresh out of their health and social care studies, looking to grow and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of client care services, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Support the management team in handling complaints and implementing solutions, maintaining high standards of care.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies during inspections to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular spot checks to ensure the care planning system is current and effective.
- Maintain regular communication with both carers and clients to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Requirements
- Newly qualified in health and social care, with eligibility to work in the UK.
- Confident driver with access to company pool cars for client visits.
