We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and flourishing business that offers best-in-class training from industry experts.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for progressing customer orders, providing ongoing remote support, assisting with customer training sessions, and performance testing/calibration of produced hardware modules.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the Automotive industry, a Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics background, and local residence to Trowbridge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Progressing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of hardware, software, and services
  • Providing remote support to customers via telephone, email, and internet
  • Assisting with customer training sessions and developing training materials
  • Performing performance testing and calibration of produced hardware modules

Key requirements include:

  • Interest in working in the Automotive industry
  • Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics background
  • Local residence to Trowbridge
