Our Supported Living home in Woolston offers a warm and welcoming environment, where you will work closely with a small team to provide tailored support and assistance to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encourage independence and confidence through person-centered planning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour
