We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Change Lives. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
