  5. Capability Building: Lead initiatives to upskill the talent acquisition team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in recruitment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  6. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in the talent pipeline and develop mitigation strategies to address any resourcing challenges. Ensure the recruitment function is agile and responsive to changes in the market or internal business needs.
  7. Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with the broader People function to ensure that recruitment activities are aligned with the company's culture, values, and long-term people strategy. Drive collaboration between recruitment and other HR areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. Manage any external agency relationships and approved list.
  8. Innovative Sourcing: Oversee the development of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging new technologies, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure that the company's employer brand and value proposition is effectively communicated in the marketplace.
