Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Talent at FallenAmbers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent management and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, employee referrals, and social media advertising.
  • Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including leadership development, communication skills, and industry-specific training.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure the continued growth and development of key employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and rewards.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators, including employee turnover, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role.
  • Familiarity with performance management software and tools.
  • Experience delivering employee training programs.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Additional certifications, such as CIPD or SPHR, are a plus.
