Job Description
The successful candidate will join our Asian Customer Service team to support the Company's operation at our offices based in Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.

Main Responsibilities
* Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.
* Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries.

Requirements
* Fluent in Mandarin with excellent written Chinese communication skills.
* Ability to speak Cantonese is an advantage but not essential.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* A competitive salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
