Teaching Assistant Role

We are looking for a proactive and personable graduate teaching assistant to join our team at a top primary school in Henley-on-Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the EYFS classes and developing their classroom experience before completing teacher training.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate Teaching Assistant or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience working with children, whether in a similar role or a different setting.
  • Strong academic background, preferably a degree level qualification.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and children's learning, as well as provide general classroom support. A minimum of a C grade in GCSE Maths and English is required.

Estimated Salary: £83-£90 per day
