About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our defence account and oversee hard services operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective and timely delivery of all project obligations and service provisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Managers and report to the Account Director
  • Develop strong relationships with client staff and their representatives
  • Prepare an annual business plan and budget for the contract portfolio
  • Carry out regular monthly Project reviews of P&L accountability
  • Manage sub-contractors effectively
Requirements
  • Natural leadership skills with gravitas and charisma
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to empathise with customers and clients
  • Ability to quickly grasp changing needs and translate them into operational reality
  • Ability to identify and drive through 'win-win' solutions
