Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Carbon60 in Barrow in Furness. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for leading and directing project activities to maintain and improve the net profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage sub-contractors effectively, ensuring all procurement processes and procedures are followed
  • Prepare and present regular project reviews to stakeholders, including progress, quality, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, applying Key Account Management principles to foster good working relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role within a Facilities Management/Building Services environment
  • Qualified in an Engineering discipline and ability to obtain SC Clearance
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and drive through 'win-win' solutions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bring the best out of people
