Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Reed Engineering, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products.

About the Job:

  • Conduct daily inspections of products manufactured in-house and by our supply chain.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including AS9102 first article inspection reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AS9102 first article inspection reports.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
