We are looking for an experienced Woodworking Expert to join our team at Broadreach Recruitment Limited. As a Woodworking Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom furniture pieces that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality custom furniture pieces using a variety of wood types and woodworking techniques.
* Work closely with our design team to bring custom furniture concepts to life.
* Select and prepare wood materials, ensuring proper treatment and finishing techniques.
* Utilize a range of woodworking tools and machinery to create precise cuts, joints, and finishes.
* Inspect and repair furniture as needed to meet quality standards.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Woodworking Expert or similar role in woodworking with a strong portfolio of work.
* Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery, including power tools and hand tools.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality furniture pieces.
* Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications accurately.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of different wood types and their properties, including grain patterns and working characteristics.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing ideas and best practices.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
