About the Role:

  • Work closely with our design team to bring custom furniture concepts to life.
  • Select and prepare various wood types for fabrication.
  • Operate a range of woodworking tools and machinery to produce precise cuts, joints, and finishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inspect and repair furniture as needed to meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role in woodworking.
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality furniture.
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
