At Listgrove Ltd, we are a long-established and highly successful recruitment services provider to a client base located across the world. Our projects range from senior executive appointments through to specialist engineers, commercial and scientific briefs across a wide range of industry sectors.

We employ an in-house talent team of multilingual experts and offer a varied and exciting role, where objectives are realistic and rewards excellent.

The Role:
  • Deliver against the resourcing needs of our manufacturing and engineering clients, guiding companies, across the world, to use the most effective methods to attract, assess and recruit the best talent.
  • Project management of a wide range of assignment activities - ranging from senior executive appointments, through to specialist engineers and commercial and scientific briefs.
  • The role will appeal to those that enjoy project management related activities and dealing with contacts from a wide range of countries and cultures.
  • Working from our office in Stratford Upon Avon, travel may be required to meet with customers, as well as the attendance at trade shows across the globe.
  • Strong communication skills, as well as fluency in German or Dutch.
  • Recruitment experience is not a necessity: we offer a full training and development program.
