Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day management of Excel Sports Management (ESM) Brand Marketing clients across all sponsorship marketing and activation initiatives.
  • Support the daily client interaction across brand, property, and agency partners to support the sponsorship function and associated programming.
  • Develop creative platforms and new consumer engagement activations across current and future client sponsorship opportunities.
  • Create activation briefs, recaps, event itineraries, and staff plans.
  • Support the Brand Marketing team by reconciling budgets and providing ongoing client updates.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations to gain greater knowledge of the industry.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship or brand marketing strategy and activation at a brand, property, or agency preferred.

  • Passionate about truly disruptive brand campaigns and enthusiastic about supporting the creative ideation process and developing engaging brand platforms.
  • Superior organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses self-awareness and is coachable, confident, curious, inquisitive, flexible, and genuinely interested in learning a little more each day.
  • Must exude emotional intelligence along with the ability to communicate and connect effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication styles based on the audience and situation.
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook with the skill and ability to build and lead the development of engaging client and new business presentations.
